About The Position

About the Role: The Car Wash Attendant role is responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and professionalism our company upholds for its luxury electric vehicles. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that requires efficiency, attention to detail, and high standards to maintain our commitment to excellence. The Cleaning Coordinator ensures each vehicle reflects our commitment to excellence, creating a spotless, welcoming environment for every rider and enhancing their overall experience.

Nice To Haves

• Biohazard experience is preferred!
• Preferred general knowledge on all Microsoft Applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• General Knowledge of the Uber Application, and its functions.
• Be able to quickly learn new apps, software, and dashboards adopted and used within the company.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of at least 6 vehicles per hour, ensuring they meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Conduct quality checks on vehicles to ensure they meet cleanliness standards before they are deployed for service.
• Handle light maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools as required.
• Assist with additional cleaning and detailing duties as needed, including occasional weekend shifts.
• Oversee and coordinate the vehicle cleaning schedule, adjusting as needed to ensure all vehicles are serviced on time.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding vehicle status and any delays.
• When necessary, driving electric cars between parking lots and car wash stations safely and efficiently.
• Work efficiently in a high- paced environment to complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting shortages or equipment issues to management promptly.
• Adhere to Tower’s policies and procedures as indicated in the Employee Handbook.
• Work in a safe and effective manner.
• Perform duties as workload necessitates.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude.
• Communicate regularly with team members or higher management about work related topics depending on the issues.
• Demonstrate efficient time management skills.
• Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Meet applicable productivity standards.
• Complete all other duties as assigned by TowerMobility.

Benefits

• Medical, dental, and vision benefits are provided through Thatch’s ICHRA, starting on the 1st of the month following 90 days of employment.
• Paid time off is accrued weekly from the first week of work but cannot be used until after completing 90 days of employment. Eligible employees are required to provide ample notice and get HR/Managerial approval prior to using paid vacations.
• $40 personal phone reimbursement eligibility depending on position will be issued monthly.
