Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Previous customer service or car wash experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment in varying weather conditions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Explain car wash packages to customers and convey key differences between them
• Provide excellent customer experiences
• Safely and promptly direct vehicles onto tunnel track
• Maintain a neat and clean working area
• Perform daily cleanliness tasks assigned by management team
• Follow company's guidelines and procedures
