Position 2: Car Wash Supervisor As a Car Wash Supervisor , you’ll lead daily operations, support your team, and ensure high-quality service for every customer. Responsibilities
- Wash and dry vehicles to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the car wash facility
- Greet and assist customers professionally
- Work efficiently during peak business times
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Supervise and support car wash attendants
- Train new hires on procedures, safety, and service standards
- Ensure quality control before and after washes
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Prepare reports for management
- Perform other duties as assigned
