About The Position

The Car Wash Associate - Tunnel Loader at Mr. Clean Car Wash is responsible for safely preparing vehicles to enter the wash tunnel and supporting basic exterior finishing after the wash. This associate is trained in three core areas: lot attendant, loader, and basic finishing of the vehicle exterior. Tunnel Loaders help ensure safety, speed, and quality through the wash process while delivering excellent service and maintaining a clean, organized work area. This is a physically active role suited for team members who enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in a job well done.

Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to remain on your feet throughout the entire shift
Physically able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and lift
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow within multiple roles
Must be at least 18 years of age
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a positive, professional attitude
Guide vehicles safely onto the tunnel conveyor following proper loading procedures
Communicate clearly with the driver to ensure correct alignment and safety
Perform basic exterior finishing steps, including towel drying mirrors, windows, and door edges
Keep the lot, tunnel entrance, and guest-facing areas clean and well-maintained
Stock and manage towels and finishing products throughout the shift
Rotate between Loader, Lot Attendant, and Finishing support roles based on business needs
Follow all Mr. Clean Car Wash training protocols and safety procedures
Maintain awareness of surrounding vehicles and equipment for safety
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
