About The Position
Greet customers as they drive up to payment station and tunnels. Direct and instruct drivers into the tunnel conveyor. Deliver excellent service to all customers; positive interactions including answering questions. Manage customer's accounts; updating credit card information as needed, upselling, etc. Operate cash register and process payments inside for those customers who don’t drive up. Maintain a clean and organized workplace around the facility. Empty trash cans around Vacuum site and facility. Maintain clean restrooms. Attend team meetings. Assist detail department as needed. Other duties as assigned by the Manager. Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts This position has the ability to earn commissions based on selling memberships
Requirements
- Team player
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Detail orientated
- Must be 18 or older
