Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills & ability to resolve customer concerns.
• Professionalism in all aspects.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to company morale.

Responsibilities

• Greets, meets, interacts, and completes sales transactions with Car Wash customers at fixed sales kiosks in a commercial, automated car wash and retail environment.
• Communicates to customers about our unlimited car wash memberships and sign them up to join the club.
• Guides customers into the car wash tunnel.
• Vacuums and dusts customer vehicles, cleans windows.
• Disconnects (or shuts down), cleans & connects automated car wash machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Takes out the trash, cleans vacuums and canisters, and moves equipment to maintain the general cleanliness of the site.
• Uses pressure washer to clean lot and equipment.
• Prepares and cleans towels, stocks cleaning supplies, cleans up customer areas as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
