Car Wash Assistant Manager Great Management Opportunity! Foam & Wash Car Wash has an important and valuable assistant manager position available. We are looking for a mature, responsible person who can provide great customer service and help lead the team. The desire to be a dedicated, energetic team member is essential. The customers are friendly, appreciative, and many of them are long time regulars. You must have flexible availability, including weekends. Foam & Wash was born in 1966 with one of the country's first coin-op carwashes in Vails Gate, it has grown to 13 properties and 90 fantastic associates. We operate soft cloth automatics, in-bay automatics and self-service car washes, self-service pet washes, a Shell gasoline station and convenience store, a Laundromat. Requirements
- Prior Sales Experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Excellent customer service
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You must have flexible availability, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Help provide excellent customer service.
- Assist the manager in driving company sales initiatives and goals.
- Support and drive sales to achieve company goals
- Assist the manager in building an inspired team and in running the business.
- Supervise, lead, and coach team members throughout our daily operations.
- Achieve sales goals.
- Daily maintenance and cleaning
- Proper cash handling
- Inventory control
- Set and achieve daily sales and performance goals.
