About The Position
The Flow Express Car Wash is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to help oversee the smooth daily operations of the car wash while supporting an outstanding guest experience. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to help train and develop the team, drive performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve business goals. Welcome and engage guests in a warm and friendly manner Educate guests about and enroll them in our luxury membership programs Safely and efficiently load vehicles using clear hand signals and a positive attitude Ensure every guest receives a thorough, enjoyable car wash experience Conduct preventative maintenance according to schedule Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs when needed Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the site, including landscaping and vacuum stations Ensure all vacuums and equipment are fully functional Assist with opening and closing the site Support daily operations and provide coaching, training, and motivation for team members Help the team achieve sales goals and high service standards Ensure paperwork and operational reports are completed accurately and on time You Have... Requirements
- At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience
