About The Position
Faevaa Detail World is a millennial-owned, high-end hand car wash and detailing shop based in Houston, Texas. We offer personalized, professional hand-washing and detailing services, along with mobile detailing for customers who can't make it to our shop. In addition to detailing, we provide window tinting services and U-Haul rentals, with future plans to expand into tire services. We are seeking a qualified Assistant Manager to join our growing team and help us continue building our brand and services. The right candidate will manage day-to-day operations, supervise staff, ensure smooth customer interactions, and take charge of administrative tasks like opening and closing the shop. This is an opportunity for someone serious about making a long-term impact, with room for growth in our company. As the Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, focusing on providing excellent customer service and ensuring our team of car washers and detailers meet our high standards. You will be responsible for creating an efficient, positive work environment, maintaining smooth operations, and providing solutions when challenges arise.
