About The Position

The position is for a full-time role at Circle K located at 2720 W Glendale Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85051. The essential duties include training and coaching staff, performing shift supervision, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires the ability to work opposite shifts of the Site Manager and maintain open availability. The employee will be responsible for reporting incidents, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
• Supervisory experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store.

Responsibilities

• Ability to successfully train and coach staff, perform activities around employee engagement, and recognition.
• Performs shift supervision and assumes Site Manager's responsibilities when needed.
• Perform and train all duties of CSR, S1, S2 positions in accordance with company guidelines and performance standards.
• Provides prompt, courteous customer service and professionally resolves customer issues.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Reports all incidents (employee or customer injuries, property damage etc.) to the Site Manager.
• Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures.
• Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Ability to have open availability.
• Ability to work opposite shift of Site Manager.
