About The Position

The position is located at Tunnel Wash BU - Region 01: 31373 State Road 54, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33545. The role requires flexible availability and involves various responsibilities, including acting as the manager in charge when the Site Manager is unavailable, ordering and stocking vending supplies, and training new hires on operational procedures and sales techniques. The incumbent will also be responsible for creating effective schedules, maintaining knowledge of the car wash vacuum system, and supporting the Site Manager during team meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethics and professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
• Supervisory experience from a Big Box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store.

Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending.
• Effectively provide training to new hires.
• Train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates.
• Train Fast Pass sales techniques to the team.
• Professionally respond to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
• Create an effective schedule.
• Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation.
• Clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system).
• Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses.
• Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
