About The Position

The position is responsible for managing operations in the absence of the Site Manager, overseeing the training of new hires, and ensuring effective scheduling and communication within the team. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the car wash vacuum system and the ability to maintain it. The incumbent will also support the Site Manager during team meetings and assist with supervisory courses.

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethics and professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience from a Big Box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store.

Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending.
• Effectively provide training to new hires.
• Able to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates.
• Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team.
• Professionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
• Able to create an effective schedule.
• Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation.
• Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system).
• Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses.
• Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
