About The Position
Gateway Kia in North Brunswick, NJ is expanding and is currently looking for Experienced Car Sales Representatives to join our dynamic Automotive Dealership team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in sales, particularly in the automotive sector. As a Car Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, and presenting them with suitable vehicle options. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers will be essential in ensuring a positive buying experience. In this role, you will also be expected to follow up with prospective customers through calls, texts, and emails, maintaining a robust follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals. You will need to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to listen actively to customers. Maintaining above-average Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores is a key performance indicator for this position, reflecting your commitment to customer service excellence. We offer a competitive salary structure that includes a base salary plus commission, with the potential to earn up to $150,000 per year based on your performance.
