About The Position
In this role, you will manage the retail business, focusing on the sales process, finance, and the sales team. You will assist in managing all other store processes as needed and support omni-channel sales. Your responsibilities will include meeting and exceeding sales targets, managing and leading the sales team, and ensuring high customer service scores. You will also oversee finance deal packages, support the Finance and Insurance process, and monitor compliance with internal audit checklists.
