Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers both on the lot and in the showroom.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best meet their needs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
• Accompany customers on test drives.
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and thoroughly.
• Negotiate vehicle sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to build and maintain a strong database.
• Report on sales objectives and activities to Sales Managers.
• Review and manage inventory daily.
• Participate in product and process training.
• Collaborate with the Service, Internet, and Business Development teams to ensure excellent customer service.
