About The Position

The Car Sales Consultant is responsible for facilitating the sales and finance process while providing excellent customer service. This role supports lot operations and omni-channel sales, ensuring the execution of the sales process, achieving monthly sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationship management (CRM) output. The consultant will also assist in vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs, and ensure proper organization and merchandising of the lot.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in car sales.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to deliver support and results in a global matrix organization.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to identify and support business needs.
• Valid Sales License required for specific states.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales and finance process for car sales.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Support lot operations and omni-channel sales.
• Execute the sales process fully and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong CRM output and quality.
• Utilize trained sales skills continuously.
• Ensure clean paperwork and recovery of missing documents.
• Support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR.
• Assist in vehicle photography and deliver cars to partner hubs as needed.
• Organize and merchandise the lot effectively.
• Transport cars as needed and check in incoming vehicles.
