About The Position

The Car Sales Consultant is responsible for facilitating the sales and finance process while providing excellent customer service. This role involves executing the sales process, achieving monthly sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationship management (CRM) output. The consultant will also support lot operations, vehicle photography, and ensure proper vehicle check-in, all while contributing to a positive customer experience and strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Car sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to deliver support and results in a global matrix organization.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to identify and support business needs.

• Experience in sales.
• Valid Sales License for specific states.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales and finance process for vehicle sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and support lot operations.
• Execute the sales process and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong CRM output and quality.
• Support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR.
• Assist with vehicle photography and deliver cars to partner hubs as needed.
• Ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and organized.
• Transport cars as needed and support lot merchandising.
