About The Position

Overview Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer. The pay for this position is $18 - $20 an hour based upon experience and will be at W226S1700 State Road 164 S Waukesha, WI 53186. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone. You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals. Responsibilities The Car Sales Automotive Detailer will clean the interior, exterior and refurbish used vehicles to prepare for sale. This employee will exhibit a professional appearance and comply with all uniform and personal protective equipment requirements while adhering to local environmental regulations. Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols Polish, wax and buff exterior of vehicles which might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks. Vacuum interior, floor, seats, ashtray and trunk Shampoo/Clean carpets, floor mats and upholstery Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors May use detail methods such as wet sand and clay bar Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions Apply engine degreaser application to the engine Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies Exhibit a professional appearance and comply with all uniform requirements Adhere to local environmental regulations Work is performed outside in all types of weather and temperatures and in a typical office environment Additional Responsibilities Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans

Requirements

Must have a current and valid driver's license.
Must have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have at least twelve (12) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
Polish, wax and buff exterior of vehicles which might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
