About The Position

As a Car Rental Collections Representative at Viking Client Services, you will engage with insurance companies and renters to resolve outstanding damage claims. Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant claims, subrogation, and/or collections experience
• Must live in the Twin Cities area
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Fast learner
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)
• Computer savvy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims
• Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
• Collaborate with other team members
• Meet and exceed collection targets and performance metrics
