What You’ll Do: Deliver high-quality detailing services while providing a friendly, customer-focused experience Vacuum, wipe down, dry, and finish wheels and tires to meet our high standards of quality Interact with customers in a professional and helpful manner Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain safety and efficiency Help maintain a clean and organized work environment Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team’s success Why Splash? Requirements
- Hardworking and detail-oriented, with an eye for cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight (30–50 lbs)
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in detailing or the car wash industry is a plus but not required!
