About The Position

As a Car Delivery Driver at Insomnia Cookies, you will be the primary face of the brand outside the bakery, responsible for delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia's delivery app to provide accurate status updates to customers.
