About The Position
We are currently seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at European Auto Expo in Lodi, NJ. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $150,000 per year, with additional bonus opportunities and commission pay. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, effective leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the financing process. You will be responsible for meeting monthly forecasts for finance and insurance income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction metrics. In this role, you will accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to transactions and submit them to the dealership's accounting office in a timely manner. You will also present various products offered by the dealership, including warranties and GAP insurance, to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about their options. Your ability to work independently and self-motivate will be essential in achieving success in this position. The Finance Manager will also be expected to maintain a high level of sales customer satisfaction, which is critical to the dealership's overall performance. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy are paramount, as you will be handling sensitive financial information and documentation.
