About The Position

The Car Care Associate ensures an exceptional experience by preparing vehicles for the car wash, assisting guests at the kiosk, and delivering top-notch detailing. This role also includes new car prep and maintaining car wash equipment. If you're passionate about cars and customer service, this is your chance to shine!

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• The ability to be in both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, including extreme heat and extreme cold; subject to noise and hazards such as proximity to mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current and exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, gases, poor ventilation and oils.
• To complete required medium physical work - exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly in order to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects in the performance of duties and responsibilities.
• To complete repetitive motion of the hands, wrists and fingers with the frequent use of various tools/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing customer vehicles as they enter the car wash bay.
• Directing vehicles into the car wash and managing the correct option of car wash per guest desires.
• Assisting guests with the car wash kiosks.
• Washing and towel drying guest vehicles and company owned busses.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
