YOUR DAY-TO-DAY This is a full-time, on-site position with shifts scheduled within standard business hours to meet customer demand. In this sales role, you will drive sales performance while ensuring operational excellence throughout the store. You will manage opening and closing procedures, maintain an organized and inviting environment, and lead the recruitment, training, and development of a high-caliber team. Your strategic oversight will involve setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, proactively addressing customer needs, and efficiently managing operational challenges. Requirements

  • Knowledge of car audio systems, installation processes, and troubleshooting
