Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field.
• Typing Certification required: minimum 40 WPM Net of errors (50 wpm net recommended).
• Conversational English communication skills.
• 1+ years experience in Automotive.
• Industry experience in Car Audio Installation.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service with technical answers to customer questions that are related to our industry.
• Review content written on the site by peers and suppliers to ensure it is accurate.
• Enter and verify vehicle specifications and vehicle specific products in our automotive database as they are supplied by various industry sources and customers.
• Add features and specifications for the various product groups we sell that customers find useful.
• Assist in writing step-by-step installation instructions or troubleshooting guides for products we manufacture.
