About The Position

Leumas is seeking a relationship-driven Capture Manager to support the company's growth by building strategic partnerships before formal procurement opportunities are released. This role focuses on proactive engagement with public housing authorities, government agencies, pension funds, and charitable foundations to position the company early in the acquisition lifecycle. Rather than responding to posted solicitations, the Capture Manager plays a forward-facing role-developing connections, identifying opportunities, and creating access for senior leadership to engage decision-makers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and enjoys opening doors that lead to long-term business growth.

Requirements

Experience in business development, capture management, client engagement, or a related field where relationship-building and opportunity development were key responsibilities.
Comfortable engaging senior-level stakeholders and maintaining consistent outreach activity.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with federal, state, or local procurement processes-especially pre-RFP engagement-is highly desirable.
