About The Position

As a Capture Management Sr Stf, you will play a critical leadership role supporting Global Pursuits within Aeronautics Strategy & Business Development. You will lead the early shaping and execution of Aeronautics Win Plans, influencing major new business and re-compete opportunities across domestic and international markets. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with U.S. Government and international customers, industry partners, and senior internal leaders, while guiding complex capture efforts from strategy development through proposal execution. You are a seasoned capture and business development leader with a proven ability to shape and win complex, high-value pursuits. You bring deep experience navigating defense acquisition environments, balancing customer priorities with competitive and enterprise considerations. Known for your strategic mindset and executive presence, you effectively influence senior stakeholders and lead diverse, cross-functional teams toward common objectives. You thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments, are comfortable engaging globally, and are motivated by driving growth through disciplined capture execution and compelling win strategies. Requirements

  • Foreign Military Sales experience
  • Business Development and Strategy experience
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee capture efforts for new business opportunities, recompetes, and task order pursuits.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies and Aeronautics Win Plans aligned to customer needs, competitive landscapes, and enterprise objectives.
  • Shape business solutions that balance customer value, affordability, and long-term business interests.
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitor assessments to identify discriminators, risks, and win themes.
  • Identify and engage customers, industry partners, and teaming suppliers to strengthen pursuit positioning.
  • Develop and guide pricing strategies and price-to-win analyses.
  • Lead, integrate, and direct cross-functional capture teams, providing strategic direction and accountability throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
  • Support and participate in bid and proposal activities, ensuring alignment between capture strategy and proposal execution.
  • Maintain ongoing collaboration with Strategy & Business Development leadership and key enterprise stakeholders.
  • Represent Aeronautics in engagements with U.S. Government officials, international customers, and industry leaders.
