About The Position

AttainX, Inc. is seeking a Capture Coordinator to support federal business development and capture activities across civilian and defense agencies. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting the full capture lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, teaming, and pre-proposal preparation. The Capture Coordinator works closely with Business Development leadership to strengthen pipeline development, enhance competitive positioning, and improve probability of win (PWin) on strategic opportunities. The role also includes active participation in client-facing engagements and industry events to support relationship building and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • 4 years experience supporting business development, capture, or account growth, including experience evaluating those activities as part of due diligence efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience with pipeline development and opportunity qualification to include analysis and evaluation as part of due diligence efforts.
  • Experience supporting team strategies and subcontracting relationships to include analysis and evaluation as part of due diligence efforts.
  • Exposure to federal procurement lifecycle activities and vehicles.
  • Understanding of federal contracting landscape and customer engagement practices.
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Must have organizational and tracking skills (pipelines, action trackers, deliverables) with the ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must have excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actional insights to leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience with capture lifecycle activities.
  • Understanding of capture planning artifacts (capture plans, account plans, gate reviews, win themes).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Identify, track, and qualify new federal business opportunities aligned with company capabilities.
  • Monitor tools such as GovWin, eBuy, and agency forecasts to support pipeline growth.
  • Actively participate in pipeline development activities, including industry events, conferences, and customer engagement forums.
  • Support development of capture plans, win strategies, and account growth initiatives.
  • Assist leadership in aligning opportunities with strategic priorities and past performance.
  • Track and manage capture activities, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Travel as needed to support in-person meetings with federal government stakeholders alongside AttainX leadership.
  • Participate in client-facing discussions to strengthen relationships and support opportunity positioning.
  • Represent AttainX professionally at customer meetings and industry engagements.
  • Support identification and engagement of teaming partners and subcontractors.
  • Assist in forming teams and coordinating agreements (NDAs, Teaming Agreements).
  • Maintain partner communication and relationship tracking.
  • Conduct research on customer budgets, priorities, and procurement trends.
  • Analyze competitors, incumbents, and contract vehicles to support positioning.
  • Track action items and support business development leadership meetings and priorities.
