About The Position

SBMA is currently seeking a full-time Financial Analyst to join our team. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Captive Financial Analysis and Oversight: Forecast and analyze DAP, performance trends, and correspondence with various executives regarding financial performance
  • Captive Operations and Reporting: Auditing captive reporting, identify and report discrepancies, and perform various reconciliations
  • Project Management: Coordinate interdepartmental process changes and implementation of new procedures with follow-up to completion and maintain recurring task processes in various systems such as Jira
  • Audit Preparation and Support: Prepare documentation and take lead on various audits and data requests from our captive agency partner
  • Report Development: Oversee creation and updates of SQL based reports. Perform regular testing to ensure consistency across reports and tie bank balances
  • System Improvement and Error Monitoring: Establish monitoring systems for interdepartmental errors reports, ensure no unresolved errors exist on a regular basis, and determine root causes and fixes
  • Strategic Planning and Optimization: Monitor performance and identify trends and make strategic recommendations
  • Any additional duties as requested by C-level executives and directors
