Maxime’s is NYC’s newest private member’s club from entrepreneur Robin Birley; owner of prestigious private member’s clubs 5 Hertford Street and Oswald’s in London. Maxime’s mission is to provide exceptional and discreet service for our members through unparalleled hospitality. Our aim is to make members feel as though they are in a private home, enjoying outstanding food and wine surrounded by stunning decor. Maxime’s is the newest private member’s club opening from entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City. We are seeking a talented Captain to join our world-class hospitality brigade. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Captain will be responsible for leading service, working with and supporting the dining room team to provide a level of service that exceeds guest expectations, and demonstrating exceptional product knowledge.

Requirements

Proven success as a Captain within fine dining, Michelin-starred establishments, or luxury hotel settings.
Fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attending to all members’ needs in a courteous and professional manner.
Thrives in high- end environments, consistently upholding superior service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Polished personal presentation that meets Company standards.
Maintains a professional, upbeat demeanor and embraces a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Ability to work a variable schedule, including early morning, nights, weekends and holidays per the needs of the business.
