About The Position

The position involves taking food and beverage orders, retrieving, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. The role also includes collecting payments and assisting in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • 2-3 years experience as a server.
  • ServSafe Food Handling Certification.
  • TIPs training and TABC card (State of Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission server permit).
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Provide legible communication.
  • Cash handling skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Compute basic arithmetic.
