About The Position

Job Description Starting Wage 25.63 Job Responsibilities Maintain efficient line flow and address minor stoppages within role scope Complete required documentation for pre-operational checks at the start of the shift Complete required documentation for in-process/interdictive inspections throughout the shift Operate all case bundlers as assigned Replace shrink-wrap rolls as needed Operate label applicators as assigned Perform hand stacking as needed Repack discards (e.g., 9-packs, lightweights) and damaged product per standards Complete the Filler Operator Qualification Card with a score of 3 or above Demonstrate working knowledge of basic hand tools and fasteners Demonstrate working knowledge of basic equipment components Use the clip tracking tool and independently perform clip and/or clip rubber replacements Independently perform tray spring and roller inspections and spring replacements Independently perform output station hook replacements Independently perform general air leak repairs (push-lock fittings) Independently perform general water leak repairs (tri-clamps, gaskets, compression fittings) Assist with tray replacement, as needed Independently perform E-Stop light bulb replacements Independently perform lifter pad replacements Independently perform guard fastener replacements Housekeeping of entire secondary area. Follow all GMP’s. Support KHMS Perform sanitation responsibilities as needed and/or required. Other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications Must be willing and able to demonstrate planning/organizational skills and behavior, which will contribute to the overall team effectiveness. Understanding of the requirements and importance of documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
