The operator will start up, operate, and shut down filling, cooling, sealing, and carton forming equipment while monitoring mechanical operations and quality issues. The position requires good communication with the Filler Utility to ensure adequate packaging materials and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. Participation in team development and process improvement meetings is also expected.
