CAPPING MACHINE OPERATOR - 3rd Shift

The Capping Machine Operator role involves running high-speed capping equipment in a clean room and temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. Operators are responsible for operating and changing over all capping machines, along with weight check systems, filter integrity testing, and batch reconciliation. This position is for the 3rd Shift, Monday through Friday nights, from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Pharmaceutical experience
- Meet standards for product quality, Operating Equipment Efficiency, and batch record documentation
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds
- Adhere to and stay current on all testing and training requirements
- Wear clean room safety equipment/apparel and maintain safe work environment
Responsibilities
- Running high-speed capping equipment in a clean room and temperature controlled manufacturing environment
- Operate and change over all capping machines along with weight check systems, filter integrity testing and batch reconciliation
