Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing capital projects from concept through execution
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Leading the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects across two manufacturing sites
  • Building and presenting business cases to justify capital investments and forecast future capital needs
  • Managing project schedules, resources, and documentation throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Coordinating with internal teams to support material procurement, scheduling, and field reporting
  • Tracking project progress and communicating updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Supporting multiple concurrent projects, including handling submittals, changing orders, and safety documentation
  • Participating in conceptual engineering work, including opportunity evaluation and alternative analysis
  • Providing technical troubleshooting during equipment installation, commissioning, and ongoing operation
  • Ensuring accurate tracking of materials, equipment, inventory, and project documentation
  • Assisting in resolving project‑related issues and support project closeout activities
