About The Position
This position is responsible for identifying and executing investment, funding and interest rate derivatives transactions that support overall FHLBank strategy. This position supports Capital Markets leadership in development and implementation of investment strategies, interest rate risk management, conducting market research, and developing enhanced risk management practices; primarily responsible for execution of all long-term investment strategies; and will serve as a backup for liability, and derivative transactions.
