About The Position

The Capital Markets Operations Specialist III at Truist Bank is responsible for processing transactions that support various lines of business within Capital Markets Operations, including Derivative Trading, Securities Trading, Loan Trading, and Agency Services. This role involves core operational tasks such as Client On-Boarding, Trade Capture, Securities Settlement and Clearance, Confirmations, Client Support, and Margin/Collateral processing. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and accurate data entry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent education and related training or 5-8 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in select capital markets products and technologies.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in bank or brokerage operations with an increased level of responsibilities.
• Knowledge of brokerage systems and operational processing environment.
• FINRA Series 99 or 7.
