In this role, you will play a key role in managing the company’s structured finance funding activities, including warehouse facilities, forward flow agreements / whole loan sales, and ABS issuances. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and external partners to ensure that our funding programs operate smoothly, support business growth, and achieve the company’s financial goals. This high-impact, high-visibility role is at the core of our capital team, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about helping build a best-in-class funding platform from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 4-6 years of relevant experience in capital markets, investment banking, structured finance, or securitized products to take on meaningful responsibility in a fast-paced fintech environment. This position reports to the Director of Capital Markets and will work in a hybrid context in the New York metropolitan area. Travel to industry conferences and the Los Angeles corporate headquarters will be required occasionally.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, securitization, or a related field
  • Capital markets or treasury roles at fintech lenders
  • Securitized products exposure at an investment bank
  • Rating agency or credit-focused experience in consumer ABS
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced Excel required (SQL or Python a plus)
  • Experience working with consumer credit assets, collateral performance analytics, or ABS transaction structures
  • Excellent project management skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with an ability to simplify complex topics for internal and external audiences
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and comfort operating in a fast- moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and ongoing management of funding facilities, including warehouse lines, forward flow programs, and securitizations
  • Assist in transaction structuring, modeling, data preparation, and diligence materials for lenders, investors, and rating agencies
  • Support investor relations by preparing presentations, data tapes, program updates, and analyses
  • Monitor market trends in ABS, consumer credit, and fintech funding to inform strategy and pricing
  • Contribute to long-term funding strategy, capital planning, and cost of funds forecasting and optimization
  • Coordinate with internal and external legal teams on new transaction documentation and existing facility amendments
  • Build and enhance internal processes, forecasting tools, and models used to monitor capital markets covenant compliance, asset performance, and capital markets KPIs
