About The Position

America’s Car-Mart is seeking a Capital Markets Manager to help lead our structured finance strategy and execution. This role will manage our asset-backed securities (ABS) transactions and/or warehouse financing programs , ensuring strong liquidity, efficient funding operations, and alignment with regulatory and investor requirements. You’ll partner closely with internal leadership and work directly with external stakeholders—including banks, investors, and rating agencies—to optimize funding strategies that support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or ABS transactions
• Strong understanding of securitization, warehouse financing, and market dynamics
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Financial modeling and cash flow analysis
• Risk management and regulatory compliance
• Relationship management with investors and banks
• Strategic planning and execution
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Nice To Haves

• MBA, CFA, or similar certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ABS issuance processes, including structuring, modeling, and execution
• Oversee securitization programs and ensure alignment with investor requirements
• Review asset-level and bond-level cash flow models to support structuring discussions
• Administer warehouse facilities including setup, amendments, and daily borrowing calculations
• Monitor liquidity and manage funding operations to support business needs
• Coordinate with finance operations for accurate reporting and compliance
• Develop and implement strategies for capital raising and structured transactions
• Maintain relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, and rating agencies
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to senior management to support decisions
• Ensure adherence to consumer lending regulations , ABS disclosure standards, and internal risk policies
• Prepare and present detailed reporting on ABS and warehouse activity to leadership
• Other duties as assigned by your direct manager.
