About The Position

At Regions, the Capital Markets Leveraged Finance Product Director is responsible sales and product management forCapital Markets Leveraged Finance. Primary Responsibilities Primary client calling responsibility for the marketing of Capital Markets Leveraged Finance products Manages the daily workflow and development of Capital Markets Associates and Analysts Acts as primary marketer for such tasks as client calling and transaction execution Interacts with Relationship Managers and other internal constituents to facilitate smooth transaction execution Performs in-depth structuring and analysis specific client needs and the development of new products Insures that transactions are executed within the sound business principals and suitability framework of Regions' Capital Markets Assists in the management and development of junior associates This position is incentive eligible. This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

• BA/BS Business or related degree and 6 years banking experience
• High school diploma or GED and 7 years banking experience will also qualify
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Experience should include marketing and structuring risk management and/or other technical Capital Markets products as well as exposure to ISDA standards, Capital Markets and Commercial Banking products and processe
• Understanding of operational and documentation aspects of the business
