About The Position

Infosys is seeking a Capital Markets Front office Business Analyst. As a Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Location for this position is Chicago IL. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Experience in Capital Markets domain and one of the asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or FX Markets).
  • Good in Unix, SQL, and SNOWFLAKE.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep understanding of Financial Market Data.
  • Experience managing a front office-facing team & asset management technology.
  • Grasp of the Equity asset class and concepts.
  • Understanding of the investment life cycle including portfolio management, trading, and settlements.
  • Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS), Aladdin, Charles River, EZE, Investor tools Perform.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle.
  • Define problems and propose solutions.
  • Develop, configure, and deploy overall solutions.
  • Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
  • Contribute to proposal development and client training.
  • Detail project scope.
  • Serve as a key member of the technical support team for Equity and Fixed Income trading.
  • Interact with vendors to resolve data-related issues.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents.
  • Enhance monitoring and support of trading systems using Service Now.
  • Oversee setup, configuration, and testing phases of new applications.
