About The Position

Infosys is seeking a Capital Markets Business Analyst. The role will need an Associate Consultant with financial domain experience. This position's primary responsibility will be to help clients with strategy definition, value realization, implementation, and operations. The role holder will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, controls and process artifacts and implement the process deployment. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience in Capital markets functions and trading in Equity, Derivatives, and OTC.

Nice To Haves

• At least 4-6 years of experience in Capital markets functions and trading instruments in Fixed Income, Equity, Derivatives, and OTC.
• At least 4 years of experience on Middle office and back-office operations.
• Facilitate the gathering and elicitation of business requirements from key stakeholders and business partners.
• Prioritize user stories and work expected within the squad based on urgency and organizational goals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to identify risks and issues and propose improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
