The Capital Markets Associate is responsible for performing data analysis, supporting audits and investor-reporting requirements. This role will maintain systems and databases to ensure effective and efficient deal execution and reporting. In addition, this role will support all aspects of management reporting including presentation preparation and market analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience preferrable in treasury, cash, or funding.
  • Auto finance or banking industry experience is a plus.
  • Auto finance or banking industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Knowledge of securitization and banking markets is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite working with pivot tables, database management and data querying (VBA, SQL, and SAS a plus).
  • Ability to work in a highly time-sensitive, dynamic and growing environment with superb time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid work ethic, team spirit and dedication to excellence are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct asset transfers, compile data, complete SEC data filings, and prepare monthly servicer reports for structured finance funding facilities (ABS/conduits).
  • Support asset database/query management and perform loan-level data analysis.
  • Maintain market surveillance efforts, performance reporting, and transaction marketing material.
  • Provide audit, due diligence, and internal compliance support for ABS and conduit transactions.
