About The Position

Capital Markets Associate | New York Our AmLaw 100 client is adding midlevel associates to its New York Capital Markets practice. This is a core group within the firm, advising on high-volume and high-profile U.S. securities offerings for public companies, issuers, and underwriters. This team is consistently active in the market, with a steady pipeline of transactions and direct partner access from day one. The Role Associates in this group work across the full lifecycle of U.S. capital markets transactions, including: • Public and private securities offerings • Registered and unregistered debt and equity offerings • SEC reporting and compliance • Ongoing disclosure obligations for public companies • Collaboration with M&A, finance, and restructuring teams as needed The work is sophisticated, fast-moving, and tied closely to market activity.
