Full-Time Power & Project Finance Analyst Program: The ZCM 2-year Capital Markets Analyst Program offers a unique entrepreneurial experience to join a rapidly growing platform. The program offers the opportunity to maximize Analysts’ potential during their early professional years by providing the foundational knowledge, skills, and hands-on transaction experiences that will last a professional lifetime. Analysts will build deep relationships with key partners (e.g. Credit, Legal, etc.), team members, and clients while working throughout the full transaction life cycle. Housed within Zions Capital Markets, Real Estate Capital Markets (“RECM”) specializes in direct non-recourse financing solutions for stabilized commercial properties located all throughout the United States. RECM originates senior mortgages for private-label securitizations collateralized by every commercial real estate property type. This role will be critical in supporting senior members through the entire transaction lifecycle - across origination, credit, underwriting, legal due diligence, structuring, securitization and capital markets.
