The ZCM 2-year Capital Markets Analyst Program offers a unique entrepreneurial experience to join a rapidly growing platform and team. The program offers the opportunity to maximize Analysts' potential in these early professional years, providing foundational knowledge, skills, and experiences that will last a professional lifetime. Analysts will immediately take an active role within their team (while completing a formal training program), working alongside seasoned capital markets professionals, to successfully meet the financial needs of our clients. Analysts will build deep relationships with key partners (e.g. Credit, Legal, etc.), team members, and clients while working throughout the full transaction life cycle. The Interest Rate Risk Management group, within the Sales and Trading business in Zions Capital Markets, is responsible for advising, structuring, pricing, and hedging interest rate risk for the borrowing clients of the bank. The analyst will play a critical role in supporting senior marketers throughout the lifecycle of the deal process, including pitch book creation, document preparation, market updates, deal pricing updates, and facilitating the delivery of interest rate hedging products to clients. They will perform an important role in identifying and tracking potential opportunities by analyzing historic and current loan production. They will also assist in post trade support that interfaces with the middle and back office.
