About The Position
Ashford Inc. is a leading provider of asset management and other services to companies within the hospitality industry. Ashford's leadership has a very successful track record and many years of experience investing in and asset-managing lodging real estate. Currently, Ashford serves as the advisor to two publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITs), namely Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE: AHT) and Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. (NYSE: BHR) and one non-traded NAV REIT, Stirling Hotels & Resorts, Inc. Ashford Inc., the asset management advisor for Ashford Hospitality Trust (AHT) and Braemar Hotels & Resorts (BHR) which combined are one of the largest real estate investment trusts (REIT) in the hotel industry with over $5 Billion in lodging assets, is seeking a Capital Management Senior Analyst to join our exciting and dynamic team in Dallas, TX. This individual will support the Senior Vice President of Capital Management in analysis, forecasting, and strategy of AHT's and BHR's capital expenditure annual allocation of approximately $200mm.
