About The Position

Larken Associates is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join their Capital Improvements team, responsible for servicing an apartment complex in Lehigh Valley, PA. The role requires a blend of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills to perform general repairs and maintenance tasks effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction and/or apartment maintenance
• General knowledge and basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Clean criminal background
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
• Own tools
• Availability for on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Availability for snow removal rotation

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance service requests
• Perform apartment make-ready turnovers
• Conduct spackling and painting tasks
• Execute carpentry work including trim, doors, deck board, and window replacement
• Manage punch-list tasks
