About The Position
The Capital Engineering Senior Manager at 3M is responsible for leading a team of project engineers to manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects across various plants in the US. This role focuses on driving growth, productivity, and effective project execution while ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards. The manager will develop and implement facility and equipment renewal plans, provide leadership and coaching to the engineering team, and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve strategic and operational goals.
