About The Position

Mortgage Intern - Capital City Home Loans - More than your bank, your banker. Support fast-paced mortgage office by assisting on a temporary basis. Work effectively with individuals at all levels and in all functional areas. Support different roles of the mortgage home loans division i.e. sales, marketing, operations, and servicing, etc. All associates at Capital City Bank, Capital City Investments, Capital City Trust Company, Capital City Strategic Wealth, and Capital City Home Loans have access to confidential client information and must practice discretion at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales in pro-actively marketing and promoting Capital City Home Loans' financial products to meet established loan quality and production goals.
• Represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner by providing an exceptional level of customer service.
• Gain experience conducting interviews with prospective borrowers to analyze financial and credit data.
• Advise customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and gather any additional required information.
• Assist in executing corporate, loan officer-specific and marketing compliance projects and tasks.
• Maintain and distribute promotional item inventories.
• Customize marketing templates and refresh content within the CRM system.
• Respond to and complete loan officer marketing requests.
• Coordinate and track corporate and office-level memberships and sponsorships.
• Assist in local and non-local event and tradeshow planning and support.
• Develop and schedule content for corporate social media channels.
• Track website and social media traffic and produce reports.
• Assist processors by reviewing files, ordering supporting documents, and other tasks to help prepare loans for underwriting and closing.
